Thank you for all of your help the other day! After speaking with Dell Technical support and not resolving my problem of no dial tone when trying to connect, I decided to call Digital Freedom's Technical Support and was lucky to have been able to speak with you. You guided me through some simple steps to determine what the problem was. It turned out to be an incorrect modem driver that Dell had me install because they had not checked their records to see that my modem had been replaced several years ago. After changing the driver, the connection worked just fine.
I also sincerely appreciated your offer of bringing my Tower into the office in the event that it was defective and replacing it, including install. You showed MORE concern in getting me back on line as soon as possible than Dell did and I thank you for that!
Digital Freedom's Technical Support is great. You guys go above and beyond what most standard support services would provide and I will continue to recommend Digital Freedom. Thanks again Dave!

My purpose is to thank Mr. Dave White for is help and services. My service
hookup was taking forever. the dsl loop was installed quickly, but we were
waiting on ******* to wire a new loop into my house. After so long, I just
decided to do it myself. Actually I just used the old **** wires and switched
them with the Digital Freedom loop.
But anyway, Dave offered to bring me the modem to my house after work so that I
could be hooked up that day. We meet at a local mini-mart in wilkes-barre and
he gave my modem and a sheet of paper with all my numbers, dns, ip, etc.
He went out of his way for me, and at that point, since **** had never cut me
off from the internet, just my username and email were disabled, I was going to
call them that day and reinstate my service with them, but because of Dave
going out of his way, Digital Freedom kept me as a customer.

Thank you so much for all of the tech support. You have been absolutely wonderful! I've never talked to another company that would even THINK about helping fix problems unrelated to their software, even if it meant their service would not work ! You never tried to pass the blame on to the pc ,or any other software in it, you just helped FIX ! I have strongly recommended DF to family and friends and will continue to do so.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your assistance and patience in dealing with the problems associated with the changing of our Internet serve to Digital Freedom. The main problem was we lost our E-mail address list, but with your help we were able to recover it from a copy we had on a floppy disk thus saving us approx. 2 hours time to retype the list. Again THANK YOU for your outstanding assistance.

      I live in the Northern Tier and until just recently we only had 1 internet service provider and it didn't not fit my needs. Connection time was slow, and internet access was limited. I switched to DFNOW three weeks. ago and what a difference! I'm on line in know time and my search of the net is broader and faster. I would recommend DFNOW to anyone living in the Northern Tier.

      Thank you for your continuing concern. I have acquired Norton System Works which quickly took care of my W32.Magistr virus problem. Thank you to the gentleman from tech support who took the time to fully explain the problem to me , so I could properly address it. I have also purchased Norton's Personal Firewall. I don't want to have to go through this type of ordeal ever again.
      Again thank you for your continuing concern and for the excellent explanation and guidance from Tech Support. I am glad that I made the switch to Digital Freedom. I have told friends and family about your excellent deals and service and I know of at least 2 people so far who have switched.

      Thank you for your help in setting up my connection. The service I had before were not very pleasant to work with. dfnow.com is a great dial up service. It is faster than my previous provider. dfnow.com is also cheaper. I would recommend dfnow.com to everyone. The tech support people are always very nice, and they take their time with you until you understand what to do.

      I wanted to let you know that I am very impressed with the service Digital Freedom offers! I have been using the service for one month and have not been cut off, bumped off, no problems signing on and NO BUSY SIGNALS!!! I work from my home office as a Master Nurse Recruiter and use the internet and e-mail quite frequently. Along with my e-mail, I rely heavily on chat programs so that I can take applications and other paperwork online. With my other service, I was bumped off quite a bit and then couldn't get back online because of a busy signal. That doesn't look very professional on my end. I am happy to report that your service is very reliable and I have been extremely happy with changing services! I am also highly satisfied with the customer service. It is very like calling a friend when I have called to refer someone else or have called to request service to continue. I will continue to refer everyone I know to use Digital Freedom!

      I went to the Pocono 500 NASCAR Race At Long Pond and saw the Digital Freedom tent. I told Bill I would sign up and I'm very glad I did. Now I connect at the same speed but my downloads are 10 times faster than what I had. I'm very happy I signed up for Digital Freedom. Thanx Digital Freedom!
